  The staff is friendly/pleasant enough. The food is processed 'fast food', so it is what it is. I wish that they still served 'SatisFries'... I go there only on occasion, specifically to use the Internet, and I always buy some food while there. On at least 2 occasions in the last 2 years, I went in, ordered my food, ate it, then, when finally logging in to the Internet, I cannot connect. This has also happened at the BK on Closner and Freddy... I go to ask about it and they very politely apologize and very matter-of-factly tell me that their Internet simply isn't working. I have suggested that they post a sign on the door when this is the case.
