  Bad customer service; never have food or tea available and make it difficult to get it by saying you have to wait a ridiculous time for it. Food is good by Popeye's standards.

  This location is a BAD RESTAURANT. 90% of the time we visit this popeyes they don't have a certain item. They've told us they dont have hot tenders about 10 times and just today they mentioned they didn't have sweet tea. I am not sure if this a merchandising issue, a lazy issue, or a management issue. I've told them in the past that I would be willing to wait, and there answer is always something like, "Its going to take like 30 minutes" so I tell them thats ok and I always get it within 10 minutes. Whatever the issue is here is surely affecting the owners pocket. I hope he/she realizes that.
